After completing a detailed health, lifestyle, exercise and eating questionnaire, Kelli will meet with you in person or over the phone to highlight the most important area’s to help you reach your goals, and empower you with a plan for increasing metabolism, shedding fat, getting fit and looking and feeling great. You will leave with a clear understanding as to what, when, why and how to eat and exercise for complete health and an astounding body. $150

30 minute phone coaching

. Phone coaching can be scheduled at any regular intervals you prefer ranging from once weekly to once a quarter. Initially, more interaction is best to coach you towards making positive behavior changes and ensure you have an understanding and support regarding making the most healthful choices. $65
