What is the Pre Camp Evaluation?
The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following:
- Review your medical and exercise history.
- Take measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. We are not concerned with what the pre camp measurements show. It’s strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.
- Weight and measurements, as well as your body fat percentage is taken. Again, we just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don’t be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks! In fact you should expect it!
- You will receive a Welcome Packet via Email
- Re-assessment will take place the last week of camp to measure your improvements! Please call me to schedule your appointment.

They are people just like you. They range in age from 11 – 60+. Some have never exercised, some are competitive runners. Some have over 100 pounds to lose, some need to gain weight. Some have had surgeries, injuries or recent multiple births. Some have spouses who travel, others have eating disorders, some have handicap children waiting for them at home others are high profile executives. They are a group of people who want something better for themselves. They want results, they want to feel great, they want to reclaim their energy, feel attractive and be the very best they can be. They are people looking to jump start their fitness and get fast results. They are determined and committed and many admit they were scared to sign up and get started, but were thrilled they did.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that leads to you improvement!
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund, if you notify us prior to your session start date however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. What is a typical day boot camp workout like?
Each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. Workouts incorporate a warm up, cardiovascular drills, muscle conditioning, speed, agility and quickness and flexibility. Modalities may include a variety of types of training ranging from Pilates, to power walking, sprinting, weight training, Tabata drills, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope. We may use lots of equipment from kettle bells, medicine balls, sliders, body bars and bosu’s to nothing at all . Modifications to the exercises will be made based on any special conditions you may have. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun while getting super fit. This intensity is high, but you simply do the best you are able and you are never meant to feel last. We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.” Simply show up with a great attitude and leave the rest to the instructor. The results will speak for themselves!
Can I pay for camp monthly?
YES, You have the option to pay per camp, which is once every 5 weeks or monthly. Monthly membership commitment allows you to budget your monthly fitness expense in advance. You never have to register again and will simply select Automatic Billing when you register for camp.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. You will feel less bloated and more energetic in the first week. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level and complimenting your workouts with healthful eating. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!
