You are invited to a Free Nutrition Seminar where you will learn how to fuel your body, fire up your metabolism, release unwanted fat and get the most results from your exercise program. The seminar is free to anyone who is not getting a desired result from their current eating plan, is confused about what to eat, wants to take their body to the next level or wants to prevent disease, live longer stronger years and age beautifully.

Your instructor is Kelli Calabrese who is a 20 year fitness industry leader. She is the 2004 Personal Trainer of the Year, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and has over 22 fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and weight management certifications. She is the author of Feminine, Firm & Fit – Building A Lean Strong Body, and the former lead fitness expert for eDiets.com. Kelli is the mom to a 5 and 6 year old and understands the importance of balance, and quick healthy meals.

The next Nutrition Seminar is on Sunday night at 7:00 PM the night before the start of camp on a Monday morning. If Monday is a holiday such as Labor Day or Memorial Day, the seminar will be on the Monday night and camp begins on Tuesday morning. The seminar is held at Liberty Christian School on Rt 377 in Argyle and you will be directed to the room from the lobby upon arrival. Please invite family, friends and anyone who cooks for or eats with you.
