| When I signed up for boot camp I really was just interested in trying to get back in shape and make a few changes to my eating habits. What I discovered is that I had forgotten how good I felt when I was exercising regularly and eating healthier. I have made major improvements in shedding excess fat and have noticed a huge increase in my energy levels. I have shaved almost a minute off of my mile run and have noticed that I am not getting headaches or back aches any more. My co-workers have all commented on how I seem to have a better attitude around the office and my wife has made more than a few comments about my flat stomach. I can’t tell you enough how much I have enjoyed the last month and am excited about starting another boot camp. My next goal is a six minute mile and I will not stop until I have the washboard abs that I haven’t seen in years. Thanks for everything and we’ll see you on the next adventure!
